CVSS v3.1 |
| Vulnerability in the Siebel Apps - Marketing product of Oracle Siebel CRM (component: Marketing). Supported versions that are affected are 17.0-26.9. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Siebel Apps - Marketing executes to compromise Siebel Apps - Marketing. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Siebel Apps - Marketing accessible data as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Siebel Apps - Marketing accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Siebel Apps - Marketing. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 3.9 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:H/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:L/A:L). |
| The GiveWP – Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 4.19.1 via the `donor_default_user_role` parameter. This is due to the `sanitize_option_donor_default_user_role()` function applying only a narrow literal check against the string `'administrator'` rather than enforcing the plugin's own `give_get_donor_safe_user_roles()` allowlist on save, and due to the `give_core_settings_import_callback()` AJAX handler writing imported JSON directly into the `give_settings` option via `update_option()` without invoking the sanitize filter at all. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with the GiveWP Manager role (holding the `manage_give_settings` capability) and above to configure donor registration to assign privileged WordPress roles — up to and including Administrator via the import path — to every new donor account created through the platform. Via the settings save path, the Administrator role is blocked but any other elevated role (Editor, Author, etc.) is accepted; via the Tools › Import JSON path, the sanitize filter is bypassed entirely, allowing the Administrator role itself to be stored and subsequently applied to all newly registered donor accounts. |
| Shopper is a Headless e-commerce Admin Panel. In versions from 2.0.0 prior to 2.10.1 and in the 3.0.0 prereleases beta.1 and beta.2, authenticated back-office staff with a content-upload permission can store executable media on the administrator's own origin. In the 2.x implementation, relevant upload permissions include `edit_products` or `add_brands`, and `packages/admin/config/media.php` allows `image/svg+xml` in every media collection, including image fields whose image/* validation also accepts SVG. The product files collection in `packages/admin/src/Livewire/Components/Products/Form/Files.php` has no MIME restriction and accepts `text/html` as well. Media is served inline from the `public` disk under `/storage/` with its own content type, without `Content-Disposition: attachment` or a `Content-Security-Policy`. When an administrator opens an uploaded HTML or SVG file, stored script executes in that administrator's session. In 2.x, the script can invoke `packages/admin/src/Livewire/SlideOvers/CreateTeamMember.php`, whose `store()` checks `access_setting` held by the viewing administrator but trusts client-supplied `role_id`, to create a new attacker-controlled administrator with a chosen password. This account persists after the uploaded file is deleted and gives access to customer data, orders, settings, and user/role management; the same script can exfiltrate data or grant permissions to the attacker's account. Direct account creation by the low-privileged uploader is blocked, so exploitation requires the administrator to open the file. The 3.x prerelease line already excludes SVG but still allows executable product files. This issue is fixed in versions 2.10.1 and 3.0.0-beta.3. |
| Kargo manages and automates the promotion of software artifacts. From 0.6.0 until 1.8.14, 1.9.9, and 1.10.8, two authorization flaws in the `project-scoped RBAC API` let an authenticated user with delegated permission to manage a Project's `Roles` or `ServiceAccounts` confer permissions exceeding the user's own. A user authorized to edit `Roles` can create, replace, or add rules granting permissions not held by the user; a user authorized to edit a Role's ServiceAccount can bind an identity, including the user's own, to a more powerful Role. A Kargo Role comprises a `ServiceAccount, Role, and RoleBinding` in the Project namespace. Changes are written using the API server's broadly privileged credentials after only a coarse resource-kind edit check, rather than checking each permission being conferred. This permits escalation to Project-administrator access, disclosure of `Project Secrets` and credentials, and modification or deletion of Project resources. Stolen Git, container-registry, or Helm-registry credentials can extend confidentiality and integrity impacts to those external systems. Escalation remains limited to Projects where the attacker already has RBAC-management delegation and does not itself grant cluster-wide or cross-Project access. Default non-administrator roles do not permit these operations; exploitation requires an `administrator-created custom role` granting the relevant permissions and control of an account assigned that role. This issue is fixed in versions 1.8.14, 1.9.9, and 1.10.8. |
| Kyverno from 1.17.0 before 1.19.2 contains a privilege escalation vulnerability that allows namespace-scoped tenants to modify resources in other namespaces through NamespacedMutatingPolicy targetMatchConstraints.expression CEL output lacking namespace checks. Attackers can emit a literal target such as another tenant's RoleBinding, which the cluster-wide background controller then mutates to add attacker subjects or alter Roles, NetworkPolicies, and ConfigMaps. |
| Kyverno from 1.19.1 before 1.19.2 contains a namespace isolation bypass in APICall Fetch() in pkg/engine/apicall/apiCall.go because path.Clean treats '?' as a path character, letting the namespace regex match segments inside the query string. Users who can create namespaced policies can supply a URLPath like /api/v1/nodes?x=/namespaces/default/ that passes validation while client-go requests the cluster-scoped endpoint, reading resources outside their namespace. |
| Kyverno before 1.19.2 contains a privilege escalation vulnerability that allows namespace admins to create resources beyond their RBAC because generate-rule admission checks verify the controller's permissions, not the author's. Attackers can create a namespaced Policy with generate rules targeting other namespaces or cluster-scoped kinds, making the background controller create or clone resources cluster-wide. |
| A flaw was found in crun. When crun is built with libkrun and a container is started rootful with passt networking (krun.use_passt), crun can execute attacker-controlled payload from the container image with host root privileges. The issue is a regression in crun 1.29. It affects crun >= 1.29 |
| A vulnerability was determined in yangzongzhuan RuoYi-Vue up to 3.9.2. This issue affects the function SysPermissionService.getMenuPermission of the file SysPermissionService.java of the component Permission Service. This manipulation of the argument perms causes improper privilege management. The attack may be initiated remotely. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A flaw was found in the integration of Active Directory and the System Security Services Daemon (SSSD) on Linux systems. In default configurations, the Kerberos local authentication plugin (sssd_krb5_localauth_plugin) is enabled, but a fallback to the an2ln plugin is possible. This fallback allows an attacker with permission to modify certain AD attributes (such as userPrincipalName or samAccountName) to impersonate privileged users, potentially resulting in unauthorized access or privilege escalation on domain-joined Linux hosts. |
| A script injection vulnerability was identified in the Tuned package. The `instance_create()` D-Bus function can be called by locally logged-in users without authentication. This flaw allows a local non-privileged user to execute a D-Bus call with `script_pre` or `script_post` options that permit arbitrary scripts with their absolute paths to be passed. These user or attacker-controlled executable scripts or programs could then be executed by Tuned with root privileges that could allow attackers to local privilege escalation. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Solaris product of Oracle Systems (component: Utility). The supported version that is affected is 11.4. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle Solaris executes to compromise Oracle Solaris. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Solaris. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.8 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H). |
| In affected versions of Octopus Server, a user holding the System Manager role could escalate their privileges to full system Administrator. |
| A race condition in the installation
process of TeamViewer Remote Management - Patch Management for Windows prior to
version 26.9.1 allows a local authenticated attacker with low privileges to
execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges by replacing the service
executable in an insufficiently protected temporary directory during Patch
Management activation. |
| Improper access control in the installer
staging directory used by TeamViewer Full Client and Host prior to version
15.82 for Windows during installation of Advanced Asset Management allows a
local authenticated user with low privileges to execute arbitrary commands as
SYSTEM. An attacker can place a crafted installer options file that is
processed by the Advanced Asset Management installer during service activation. |
| A vulnerability was found in `podman build` and `buildah.` This issue occurs in a container breakout by using --jobs=2 and a race condition when building a malicious Containerfile. SELinux might mitigate it, but even with SELinux on, it still allows the enumeration of files and directories on the host. |
| OpenPanel before 3.0.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the onboarding.project tRPC mutation that allows non-admin organization members to create projects and mint write-type ingestion credentials, bypassing the admin-only policy. Attackers can repeatedly call the endpoint with a member session to obtain plaintext secrets, inject fake analytics events, poison business metrics, and consume the organization's usage budget. |
| App passwords were allowed to bypass password confirmation on sensitive endpoints. |
| The strapi/content-manager package is missing content-scope authorization in the content manager preview URL endpoint. This allows low-privileged admins to generate preview URLs without knowing document identifiers or holding read permissions. |
| A privilege escalation (PE) vulnerability in the Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR agent on Windows devices enables a local user to execute programs with elevated privileges. However, execution does require the local user to successfully exploit a race condition, which makes this vulnerability difficult to exploit. |
